This salted chocolate caramel nice cream is the perfect chocolatey treat for warm summer days. Packed with vitamin C, potassium, and fiber this frozen dessert puts store-bought ice creams to shame. This delectable, satisfying “ice cream” is extremely low in sugar, low in fat, and high in protein (not to mention veggies!). This is one iced confection you can feel good about treating yourself to. And to make things even better, this is incredibly quick and easy to make. If you're looking for a traditional-style shake, it's ready in five minutes. If you're looking for more of an ice cream experience, it doesn't take too long to firm up in the freezer.

Ingredients
ShiftSetGo Ready-To-Go Chocolate Shake 
2 cups frozen riced cauliflower 
2 TBSP Walden Farms Caramel Dip 
2 scoops ShiftSetGo Collagen
Flake sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Add shake, cauliflower, caramel dip, and collagen to a blender. Blend until thick and creamy.⁠ 
  2. Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm. Scoop out with ice cream scoop into a small dish and sprinkle with sea salt.⁠
