Popsicles are the perfect refreshing summer treat to help cool you down. Unfortunately, a lot of other popsicle recipes (not to mention store-bought varieties) are filled with too much sugar. Some even have as much sugar as half a can of soda. Yikes! Thankfully, these peach mango popsicles are a healthy option. These frozen treats are full of protein, fiber, and refreshing, full-flavored taste—without any sugar in sight! Best of all, they are a hit with young and old alike. Your whole family will love these!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Freeze time: 2-4 hours
- In a small bowl, mix the gelatin according to the package directions.
- Prepare the Peach Mango Drink Mix in your ShiftSetGo shaker bottle, according to the package directions.
- Pour the peach mango drink into the gelatin and stir until combined. Place in the freezer until set.
For a fun and cool-looking twist, pour the peach mango drink and the gelatin into the popsicle molds separately to swirl the two colors!
If you don’t have any popsicle molds, you can also use small Dixie cups or a muffin tin lined with plastic wrap to make these. Make sure to add the popsicle sticks just before they are completely frozen solid, so they stand upright.
